When you register for cieTrade.Net, we ask for information such as your name, company name, email address,
billing address, credit card information. Members who sign up for the free account are not required to enter
a credit card.

billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.

We use cookies to record current session information, but do not use permanent cookies. You are required to
log-in to your cieTrade Project Site after a certain period of time has elapsed to protect you against others
accidentally accessing your account contents.
Data Storage
We use third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage,
and related technology required to run cieTrade.Net. Although cieTrade Systems, Inc. owns the code, databases,
and all rights to the cieTrade application, you retain all rights to your data.
Security
We take precautions — including administrative, technical, and physical measures — to safeguard your personal
information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration,
and destruction.
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect your information, both during transmission and once
we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, however, is 100%
secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information,
we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Changes
We may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas
or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.
